I like the head on that setting you posted, but the shank seems kind of bulky to me. Then again, in real life, the shank may be much more delicate. Does the place where you purchased your diamond have a similar style setting? I ask only because you will need someone to set the stone for you and there are sometimes issues when you purchase the center stone from one place and purchase the setting from another place.
