IDJ ring UPDATE

I wanted to update you all on my ring. I decided on a GIA, 1.50ct L, SI1 with strong blue, Excellent cut diamond. It is set in a white gold solitaire setting made by Henri Deussi. I reached out to a few vendors here on PS, in search of a diamond. I am so glad to have this type of community to work with. Yekutiel really extended himself to find this for me. I compared the GIA L to an GIA J with a medium blue that was overnighted to me and I could not see a visible color difference between the two.

Overall I am very happy. Yes it is definitely and L and definitely warm in some lighting (in my school under the overhead lights) but it sparkles like CRAZY!!!! I went through many stones until settling on this one. Yekutiel was super sweet to work with, he really searched for something that worked for me. He promised me that the stone would be 1000% clean and I can't see a single thing, even with my eagle eye!

I have been getting many compliments on how sparkly it is, and I am very proud to wear it.

The 11 stone band was purchased from Gypsy on DB and the rose gold is a spacer band though I just ordered a white gold 1.5mm band instead and am now wearing the spacer on my right hand.

Thank you, I am really quite impressed with the craftsmanship of the Henri Deussi solitaire. For a very simple setting it is VERY delicate but well made, really unique and quite designer looking, without a huge price tag. Since1910 has the setting in 18K gold for $600.
