Welcome, James! So what is your budget? It is almost impossible to make such narrow specs for an old stone, because they just aren't that plentiful. Even with modern cut stones, it is rare to find a .95 because a cutter will be trying to hit the 1 ct. mark and usually won't cut a .95. So we can show you some stones that might meet your budget if you tell us what it is. Has your girlfriend specifically asked for an OEC?
