Yes. I'd call the vendor see what the repair cost is, unless you insured it. Then call your insurance

What is the size? The cost will depend on the size.
I lost a 1/2 pointer and took it into my local guy. He wouldn't even let me pay him for the replacement. But when I lost a larger stone in a different eternity band, (F, VS, fine make) .33 carat I was charged $600. as actual replacement cost. |

It's pretty small. I bought the ring from a PS vendor. It's supposed to be a .2 size diamond but it sort of looks more like a .1 to me. So maybe somewhere in between. But either way a pretty small diamond.
