How important is H&A

I have been lurking sucking up all the great information here and am about to make a purchase. I am wondering how important is it to get a H&A cut in the diamond.

I am deciding between two diamonds, both with AGS reports and that score 1.2-1.4 on the HCA. Which would you recommned. Both are eye-clean.
