G-SI soudns better than J-VS to me... although it is hard to tell just how much of a difference the color grade makes given the size an dthe cut of these two.
It would be quite useful to see the inclusion plot (if not pictures) of the SI piece. Also, there is no definition of "ideal" cut for princess, menaing that just knowing the proportions does not help allot to predict brilliance. But keeping some standard does help. Did you see those AGA cut grades? (LINK) Of all the stats listed, the "very thinn" girdle may pose a problem. The rest sounds good, if not out of the ordinary. Unsually, diamodns selected for both brilliance and proportions carry a premium for their cut. these guys seem to have ok. proportions, but where they rank among princesses in terms of brilliance there is no way to know. ![]() |

These (below) stock diamonds sound a bit better proportioned than the ones you listed. Whiteflash gives a discount if you mention you found the stone on PS & pay in cash - normally 5% - so the WF stone'll be about $1175.
