Help Me Find Twisted Band Engagement Ring!

Hi my girlfriend's dream ring is:

Let me give you some background:

From Canada, traveling to New York in December. Can pick up something there if it is cheaper in the states. Although it may be hard as it will just be us two and may be hard to get away from her long enough to purchase the ring. I would like to propose while we are there too (only there for 5 nights though).

It is a little out of my price range but she has agreed that if I can get someone to make reproduce it to look exactly like it is (or similar) and at a cheaper price she will love it just as much.

Does anyone know where I can find a similar looking ring that will be cheaper because it doesn't have the name brand with it?

Or any suggestions of how to get the ring for as cheap as possible? ie. going to the states and picking it up there?

I believe she really likes the twisted band design and the oval shape design for the diamond.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Also it says the center stone isn't included. Do I have to buy 1.5 carat diamond like it says in the description? Cause if so, that ruins the price for me... Where is the best place to buy a center stone?

it sort of depends on what your budget is, and what ct weight you were thinking of? And how important the mini-halo is like in the Tacori. If she has to have the mini halo then that is custom job.

Not as twisted as the Tacori one, but it's still a twisted shank with pave and a halo.

They also have this style but it's more cabled than helix in design and no pave on the band:

Both are reasonably economical.
