Around 1.2ct
Budget USD $8-9K

I would like it to have a good HCA score - under 2.5

There is a whole world out there of online dealers and I have no idea who are the reputable ones and would love some advice.

No way to tell if inclusion is visible just from the image as that may be due to the lighting conditions. Ask the vendor.
