Help finding reasonable price Tiffany replica setting?

Hi again everyone,

I''ve been looking at a few options for settings, and one that I like is the simple, classic look of the attached ring.

I''m wondering if it should be possible to get a very similar replica of it in platinum (preferably 95% Pt, 5% Ru) for under the $2000 mark? Has anyone found anything of the sort?

I like the proportions of this ring, I''d like the width to be around 2mm if possible. My girlfriend has fairly small hands and anything over 2mm starts to look a bit chunky on her. She wears a US size 3 3/4.
