HCA Score

I have chosen a diamond AGS Ideal 1.20ct G VS2, Flourescence Negligible, HCA score 1.3 (using angles) and 0.8 (using %).

When I went to the jeweller the other day, I have also looked at the original AGS cert and found out that the inclusions are around the crown (not on the table) which I think is more than acceptable.

Question:
1. HCA score : What score is the best? I mean, is 1.5 is better that 1.3?

And there is no better authority than the maker of that tool (writing previous post), is it?
