How much of a differnce will there be if two side diamonds have different HCA factor grades? The HCA scores are 1.3 and 1.5.

Specifically, I am looking at two side diamonds were the results give one of the diamonds an EX Fire, EX Scintillation while the other just gets VG in both catagories.

Does that mean the EX stone will "out shine" and "out fire" the other - and not look balanced?

Not at all. The difference should be undiscernable to the eye.

What's the project?

Given 10 three-carat diamonds that are 1.3 and 10 more that are 1.5, I want to wager that Garry Holloway couldn't separate them into two piles by score.

Get the diameters within 0.1mm, the tables within 1-2%, and nice ideal proportions you'll be fine.
