Anyone want to take a guess whether its H&A???

This actually scores a 0.8, 3 - Excellents and 1 Very Good on the HCA and is a FIC stone!

I cringed when I saw it.

Who cares? It is not advertized as one anyway. The stone looks like it is seriously tilted in the photo.

Why did you cringe? it isn't h&a but it has somewhat reasonable face up optical symmetry.
Maybe a couple broken hearts if you saw a hearts view.
Id buy it for earrings or a pendant without a second thought.
