Extremely differences in Rough D prices/Freemarket

I am concern about great differences between rough prices. I work in the south American Rough D belt ( Brasil , British Guyana, Venezuela), I would like to know if they''re some one who could have some Idea why I can find for a 3.75 Rough ( VS,H,Good Shape , Swable 1st) a price of 1150 $/ct ( I ever wonder where the cutter profit are?? but it isn''t my problem) BUT I heared about in another freemarkets like RDC , prices could be as lowest as 800/ct for a "Similar" 3.75 stone. Someone here know about Cote d Ivory , RDC or Angolan referencies of Rough Prices?? . Will be very kind if someone is working now in this areas to tell me somethig about.

Unlike polished diamonds where the processes are simple, grading and pricing of rough diamonds is a very complex business. Selling and pricing “run of mine” in particular.
It is close to impossible to do the comparison you are trying to do.
Today most rough is sold on a tender basis which in its self is a sort of self leveling process. The trick is to establish where your tender goods get the best offers.

Thaks a lot , I saw some issues you posted and I consider , maybe we are.. in some way ...in the same business.... happened that I consider I am at least 3 steps before the diamonds arrives to you in the Bourse.. pls check it , nowadays they are an asimetric scheme in Rough prices....try to track , if someone can get... or understand it... will have the " Key" . I will repeat , consider the prices in my post , they came from people I consider serious diamantaires .... but I need to check with a third part .... pls , tell me which one youare able to pay in melbourne....

After that I will explain everything ....if in some way we can discover the asimetry........EUREKA !!

PS: all prices are about parcels with all KPC certs , unfortunately , when you are not a Trasnational ... everyone begin to think in smuggling or so...

I commonly get an average return between 15 - 30% , but if may I solve the puzzle.... maybe we can create a rough bussiness that are able to get the best of the 2 maybe 3 continents...... belive me. And I repeat again ... with all the standards of International Trade ( KPC) customs and etc...Pls , help me to solve this... I send you some samples:
