Hello,
I am looking for some good online sites or SF/Bay area jewelers that specialize in estate or second hand engagement rings. Does anyone have any good recommendations? I''ve already checked Fay Cullen and Signed Pieces.

thanks!

You may want to try Gleim's in Palo Alto. They have a store both in town and at the Stanford Shopping Center. They also have a store in Los Altos.

good luck- let us know if you have success!

My husband and I bought our wedding bands through antiqueengagementrings.com and were very happy w/ them. Mine is an antique and his was a new plain band.

He bought me antique earrings through Fay Cullen and was not impressed by their service, although the earrings are lovely.

David & Comaony has some very nice things. David Walker is not only very credible in the jewelry business phe just bought Shreve Crump and Low in Boston] but he is also a really nice guy [I showed up on a day he was closed, I knocked on the door and he opened the store for me!].

www.topazery.com

You will find vintage, antique, and reproductions. They have had some VERY nice rings with good pricing; and they let you know upfront if there are any flaws on the merchandise.

Good luck!
