I am planning to purchase it tonight. Experts - Please please please take a look and provide feedback.

I think the stone looks just fine! Seeing the symmetry from the photo and the fact that it makes the AGS Ideal cut grade is enough info for me. G VS1 happens to be my favorite, too!

I think it looks like a very pretty stone! As DS says, you can pretty well rely on the AGS cert to assure a very well cut diamond.

Thnx guys. Went bk to SG for good so there will be some time difference and new job does not have that much online access, so my participation will be lower. |

Per your suggestion, got the IS image and have attached the same. What do you think? Can I go ahead and make the payment?

It's no H&A but you know that, and I think it's a nice specimen otherwise It does have the performance-based AGSL DQD report (the prestigious one) - just doesn't have the version w/ printed ASET, but that's nothing to worry about. Recent report & no red flags. JA has a generous return policy, I'd have it shipped out loose to inspect in-person, confirm that you love it before having it set

It is an artifact in the stone, if that's what you mean. The stone is not highly optically symmetric - some "virtual facet" (apparent facets created by reflections of other facets) asymmetry |

Thanks a lot. I looked at H&A for similar carat, color and clarity for 2K more. Would you suggest me going with H&A or would you suggest me sticking with the non-H&A? If I go with non-H&A, would the asymmetry impact fire/brilliance? Will I see teh assymmetry visually?
