Does WF provide Helium Report upon request?

Was in contact with WF via email, initially the replies from them was prompt n quick until i requested for the helium report for some shortlisted rocks. I haven't heard from them for the next two days even after i hve sent a reminder.
Just wondering if they wil provide this report? Or am i asking for the impossible?

slg47, yap! have been in touch with the consultant again and got the answer.

The don't have a helium scanner, however they do have a sarin machine which is similar but provides a more basic report.
