yes, brellia cushions are available in that carat weight
http://www.goodoldgold.com/diamond/8510/ but the selection is much more limited than with rounds. i have one (1.108 ct) and love it! |

Thanks a lot for the reply slg47! Your ring (the signature picture I reckon!) looks amazing! I hope the smallish ones (I'm looking at half your carat weight) would look great still and has enough spread to show off the brilliant cuts (am I even using the appropriate terms? ). Hopefully they (the Briellas) will have a larger selection somewhere besides on goodoldgold, otherwise it would be the more usual rounds at that carat weight then! |

I am not sure who besides GOG carries the Brellia cut. GOG also carries the princess of hearts and jubilee which are similar, and Brian Gavin carries the quadex. you might want to look into those options?

Thsnk slg47! I have been looking into those options you suggested as well. Rounds, cushions, princesses, all of them look brilliant!

I think all the stones mentioned are beautiful, but at that carat weight, I'd go for the one with the most spread for the weight, and I am guessing that will be the round brilliants.
If you really want a Brellia, then call Good Old Gold and see if they can source you others from the cutter if you don't see one you like. |

Thanks diamondseeker2006! You are quite right, at the carat weight I'm looking, it looks like round brilliants are the way to go. I guess the tug factor is the uniqueness about the Brellia cut! Nevertheless, I may have found a round which I should create a new topic of to ask for opinions! Thanks for the advice diamondseeker2006! Everyone's been so helpful here!
