What is the difference between AGS000 and EGL "Ideal Plus"?

It sounds like it could be a foreign EGL lab, which to me draws everything into question.

If your question is solely in regard to cut quality, then I would have to deferto others, as I am not that familiar with EGL cut grade categories.

Here's the EGL-USA parameters for thier cut grades. They don't have one called Ideal Plus but, as Brian points out, there are other EGL offices that have different rules. The report itself should have some clue about which lab issued it.

Here's the AGS rules. They also have some requirements for symmetry and polish in order to qualify for certain grades.
