Diana/Kate mounting?

I'm looking for a quality mounting, ala Diana/Kate, for a colored stone.

I'd like to keep it under $2000, and have the halo diamonds around 8 pts each. I'd really like to avoid the pointy prongs on the outside of the halo stones, but I can deal. Custom or stock doesn't matter, as long as the aesthetic works.

Would you please lend a hand in helping me find one? I swear I also saw an Adwar or Stuller piece without the stones.
