I am planning to but a diamond 1.3ct, VVS1,color E or F GIA certified. Have been in contact with Diamond Registry. They claim to be a wholesaler and mostly sells diamonds to retailer. Has anyone heard of them? Would I be getting the best deal if I purchase3 a diamond from them? Any other suggestions on where to purchase my diamond.
