Has anyone on this forum had a successful experience with the online vendor Brilliance.com?

I am driving myself mad by trying to make the judgement call on going with either them or a local vendor. Yes I know there are plenty of online vendors that PS recommends on several posts, but its seems that Brilliance has the best prices, or they have bottom of the barrel GIA cert'ed stones.....

I was surprised to see that a search for Brilliance.com on here turns up nothing, and I was curious as to why? Depending on the answer, I have many more questions. Thanks!

Lowest price does not equal best value.
Pricescope customers are savvy and know this. So they patronize vendors with the best customer service and with plenty of information to make an informed decision.

Brilliance doesn't meet these qualifications.

Brilliance carried a lot of EGL. That's why I said they were not a good value. EGL is not a good lab. It is so bad people are suing over it. Vendors that sell EGL are usually not good vendors, frankly.

And this is why I said the customer service is problematic: https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/brilliance-com-setting-dispute-need-suggestions.92856/

I would not buy from them. I would not recommend you buy from them either.
