best HCA score for TIC

Read somewhere on this site (can''t find it again) that TIC diamonds do not get close to 0 HCA scores because their spread is usually only VG and not E.

Or did I remember wrongly?

Also light return is usually a little less

ok thanks.

bought a 0.77 e vs2 lazare. collecting it sometime next week. didn't sight the AGS cert only the lazare cert. will only be able to run its dimensions through the hca after i collect it. hopefully it won't be a lemon and end up with a 3+ score.
