3 sapphires, tw about .75 carats. what would you do with it?

they''re leftovers from a necklace that I had re-designed. They''ve been sitting around for a while and i feel like that''s such a waste. but i''m not sure what to do with them. I thought about making a sapphire diamond eternity ring but not sure if it''s worth the labor cost...(i.e. it might be more economical to just buy a premade one). any suggestions would be awesome!

If you like the sapphires maybe add 2 diamonds the same size and have them mounted in a 5 stone band.
