23rd Street Jewelers

I think I have read here that 23rd Street Jewelers does not do their custom settings onsite- they send it out. Is this true? I am leaning towards 23rd Street Jewelers right now, but was wondering if anyone knows who actually does their work?

Hopefully LadyAmethyst69 will see this because she had them do a amethyst pear ring that is just beautiful. Their work is beautiful wherever they do it!
