First diamond scores 5.4 on the HCA (assuming the crown and pavilion numbers you provided are actually degrees not %).

Second diamond assuming the 58% figure relates to the crown, gives a 0.8 on the HCA, much better. Check if it's eye clean. You'd get more bang for your buck choosing a diamond in the G/H colour range though.

HCA is used to eliminate diamonds, not select. So this eliminates the first diamond. An idealscope and ASET would be helpful.

Big No to number 1. Number 2 has possibilities (58 being the table size). Can you get an idealscope image?

Have you seen pictures of it or seen it in person? Is it eye-clean enough?

If there is a picture of number 2 can you post it or put it on hold and post a link to it?

Either of the Ds are ok. The H seems to be cut a little deep.

For what it's worth, be wary of the "cut: ideal" you're seeing. GIA doesn't have such a grade in their reporting system; that term used with these particular stones reflects a marketing term by the vendor.
