what a lovely story
here, cab drivers sort of have bad reps so it was nice to read that!.. I would have also given it back(like he did), especially with the cell phone bill making it easy to locate the other person.
I think I''d have a hard time looking at diamonds that really werent mine.

Hmmmm, I couldn''t bring myself to keep the bag, I''m honest when it comes to lost property. However, I''d hope I''d be offered a reward.... maybe the best quality diamond of the bunch? That''s fair isn''t it?

I wonder what reward the driver is going to get?

I too would have returned the diamonds, whether or not I knew who they belonged to. I would not be able to stop thinking of how the person who lost the diamonds was feeling. Same thing if I ever found a diamond ring.
