Inscription of metal type

Do all of your rings have the metal type inscribed? (ie 14K, plat) My plat ring isn''''t inscribed with the metal type and am wondering if I should ask my jeweler about it.

My eternity did not have a stamp because there was no place to put it. All of my rings now have the stamp.

mine all have a stamp. Even my earrings and pendant have 14K stamp. You should ask.

All metal types should be stamped on. Platinum should show plat, pt, or 950.

My ering didn''t originally have the plat stamp in it, as the people who made it in the small B&M we bought it from forgot to put it in there. Martin Fuller tested it and confirmed it was platinum. Later on, the jeweler stamped i.t So, while most jewelry is stamped, I know from experience that not all is, whether by accident or what.
