It sounds like you could via their retailers... a page on Begio.com lists them (this page). I tried it out with my address in RI and it works. If there is no such retailer in your area, you could always call a couple of random ones just to get some quotes. I am sure many other buyers would should have done the same given how popular the DeBeers website you have cinted at is.

thanks, I neglected to mention that I am military stationed overseas.. hoping to find one online. I will try calling around tonight when the states are awake
