Hope I'm posting this in the right section.

I met this really nice appraiser today who told me about the Antique Jewelry University (by Langs).

I'm prob late to the party about this site but it's a treasure trove of info like Makers Marks, Hallmarks, etc., like did you know Tiffany & Co made swords and shoes during the Civil War?

On it, I found this interesting video about the history of diamond cut patterns, going back hundreds of years. It's a nice 6 minute video with general info, not a lot of diamond lingo, so it was great for a novice/admirer like me. :wink2:
