A rainbow is a meteorological phenomenon that is caused by reflection, refraction and dispersion of light in water droplets resulting in a spectrum of light appearing in the sky. It takes the form of a multicoloured arc. Rainbows caused by sunlight always appear in the section of sky directly opposite the sun.

Oooooo I love that necklace Missy and LisaRN those rings (especially the top one) are beautiful. Always love your Spessartite Acinom. It's such and unusual color spess and such an elegant setting .

I'm showing off my new little untreated Winza ruby cushion. It's not going to be in this setting, just dropped in for show. Also some supposedly untreated, faceted, translucent ruby beads from Longido mine in Tanzania - knotted in silk by moi. (I need to redo them)
