I know #1s winning but I just saw #2 and it was gorgeous and he's willing to sell it for 24.5 if that changes any opinions. Remember I haven't seen #1

Well it's tough to compare two stones when you've seen one and not the other.

If you think the 2nd one is gorgeous, then I say go for it. I think either will be lovely.

Just curious why everyone is picking #1; are its proportions and light performance better? The Cert looks cleaner for #2 I think

Shorter LGF length = nice fat, bold arrows. Also, number 2 has some pretty heavy painting it looks like. Neither are bad, just small little details that people might be seeing. If you saw number 2 and loved it then that takes priority.

Really appreciate everyone's help and education here, couldn't have done it without you guys!
I decided to go with the 2.07 carat E VS2 from I.D. Jewelry which really does look beautiful. It was becoming to much of a hassle to deal with getting a stone from India, having to ship it to NJ and then insuring the loose stone, plus I was worried with the twining wisps that the med blue may come across as cloudy. Yekutiel at I.D. Jewlery was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and forthcoming in the entire process and was even able to bring the price down more for me..comparing the stone vs others with the same attributes, I think I'm getting great value here.

Yekutiel is also deigning a Mark Morrell inspired Platinum Petite Torchiere for me with the same high quality finish with a modification to the prongs so there is less metal on top.

I will continue to update you all on how the ring comes out in the end!
