A Second Major Earthquake Has Hit Nepal

Today, Tuesday, a second major earthquake has hit Nepal. The USGS has assigned this earthquake a 7.3 on the Richter scale. (The April 25 earthquake, which claimed over 8,000 lives, was a 7.8.) In itself, this would have been a maior earthquake, let alone that it is hitting an area that has undergone a huge amount of destruction already.
