3 stone ring ideas please

My mom just gave me her diamond studs (round .80 each). Since I already have a pair of diamonds studs, I was thinking of having a three stone ring made, with a ruby center (her birthstone). Ideas please...ruby center doesn't have to be round and this will be a RHR.
