About 1 - 3 times per week I have Pret or Eat, and a bit of Chilango when the mood strikes. They are fast food in that they're grab and go but they aren't exactly the least healthy thing out there.

http://www.pret.co.uk/en-gb/ usually around 400 - 600 calories and about 20 - 30 grams of fat depending on what I get.
https://eat.co.uk/ the soup I normally get has 402 calories and 9.4 grams of fat.
http://chilango.co.uk/ the nachos!!

I one thing I do that's a not so good weakness is an almond croissant with a latte about once a week. Eep! It's so not filling so is pure badness.
http://www.pret.co.uk/en-gb/614-breakfast-almond-croissant.aspx 425 calories and 22.6 grams of fat.
http://www.pret.co.uk/en-gb/512-organic-coffee-latte.aspx 110 calories and 4 grams of fat.

I love Prêt's salmon & quinoa bowl and their sandwiches (British cheese and pickle or their Christmas sandwich when it's available) . I have a definite weakness for their croissants and cookies though!

I live in the Toronto area and in recent years they have opened a chain called Szechuan Express in a few of the food courts here.

Best Chinese food bar none. Would never expect it in a food court, but its so good. The crispy ginger beef :lickout:

I'm actually leaving my desk in a few minutes to go get some. :naughty:

I thought of another one. I don't live anywhere near one (closest one is 2000 miles a way) but Windmill Hotdogs. YUMMO. They grill them!

Whenever I am in the area, I have to make sure I get one. Fortunately, I'm not in the area often.

 Okay. Then places that COULD easily have a drive through, or DO have a drive through at their suburban locations. =)

Onion rings. There is a place in my town that makes Tri-tip fries. They have shredded tri tip, parmesan cheese and garlic. OMG. I have to stay away from their burgers too. We just avoid it,LOL.

I consider any restaurant fast food, because I didn't cook it. Panera everything bagels call my name as well as the bread from Hush Harbor bakery in Atascadero CA. We just brought some home and it is taking all I have to not eat any more of it.

McDonalds breakfast! I've tried other fast food breakies, and they are just NOT as good. It's almost reason for me to wake up early on the weekends!

But the nearest Top Dog is nowhere near 2000 miles from you. ;)) Top Dog is on my list every time I visit Berkeley!

mmm too many to count! love me a garlic bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese piled with veggies at Brueggers.
We have a local taco place (maybe california style?) and all their tacos are good, but my weakness is their their barbacoa chimichanga covered in melted cheese.

Our family doesn't do a huge amount of fast food, but it's usually Mexican (another local place has good bean burritos and quesadillas, or yes even Taco bell). I do enjoy a fast food hamburger, but typically only stop at those kind of places when on a road trip, a couple times a year. Usually burger King, McDonalds, Subway, or Long John Silvers.

I'm vegetarian not at all happy with Pret's selection as of late. About 9 months ago they did a wonderful wrap with broccoli in it shortly followed by a bang bang wrap of some type. Currently it's just the kale mac and cheese or the cheese and pickle sandwich. I'm getting bored! I've seen their quinoa bowls so will try the veggie one of those - thanks!

Never tried their cookies, actually. Worth a go? Which one first?

Ah man! I thought I had this no fast food thing figured out. I must say, McD's has a great McFlurry...even if I can't get it drive through :)

Fast food to me means drive-thru. I really avoid most fast-food, but I love and do eat ChickfilA and Zaxby's chicken, etc! :lickout:
