No way to tell from that photo. It is a style they sell. If you found it on eBay my advice is to steer clear -- there are so many eBay Tiffany fakes, your chances are low of getting a genuine piece. You might check it carefully -- look at the clasp: it should have T&Co. on it somewhere. It only costs $150 new -- best way to be sure is to buy it at a Tiff store. Good luck!
