Erte Necklace Repair, Help Me Find a Stone!

Hi everyone! Ive recently acquired this fantastic vintage Erte necklace, its an outstanding piece, but unfortunately slightly damaged. I am currently attending GIA (distance edu), but I'm still fairly new to the industry, and don't have many connections or sources. The main issue with this piece is one of the rubalite tourmalines had fallen out. Its a tapered baguette stone, and is making it harder to find. I am trying to locate a good cutter to match or dealer with stock. Any recommendations? Any suggestions? I am in the Los Angeles area or can have another stone removed for color/size matching for an online dealer. Would like to keep it within the US though. Thanks so much!

You may have to send the piece to the lapidary so that he can match both the colour and size.

my guess is the ring carved by 1970s siamese or balinese goldsmith. what do you think?
