Sapphire Ring in NYC

I am taking my wife to NYC this weekend and want to buy her a 3-5 ct. Sapphire Ring with diamonds. any thoughts on where to look?

how about the natural sapphire company? Their price is sky high tho, but they have a wide selection of sapphire in their inventory

NSC - but they are overpriced, most stones are poorly cut and most do not have independent lab reports proving that they are untreated.
