Canadian Parliament Attacked

There was an attack by an armed gunman on the Canadian Parliament in Ottawa today. At least one soldier was killed. It was the second fatal attack on members of the Canadian military within three days and terrorism is suspected. A man wearing a hoodie with long black hair carrying a double barreled shotgun was described as leaving the scene.

How awful. Certainly smells of terrorism.

Three people have died, 2 soldiers (one is a reservist) and the gunman. A senseless loss of life. It's the second time this week there has been a brutal and violent attack on our soil.

I don't believe in this war. Sending fighter jets to the Middle East will never solve the problem. It will only kill innocent people... (collateral damage - how I hate that term).
