Hi everyone, thanks for taking the time to read this and give any opinion you have. A little back story, my girlfriend and I have been together for 3 years. I am trying to find a perfect ring without incurring debt. ( as we have a 2 year old son, two car payments, mortgage, daycare etc). I want to pay cash and would prefer to spend in the 600-800 dollar range. I know it's not going to be a whopping massive diamond and I am OK with that. This ring is a symbol of our love, we are not materialistic so I know she won't be disappointed with something on the small side. I researched some but would just like a few opinions on what I should avoid and what will provide the best value in a lower price range.

Am I better off to go with a slightly bigger carat such as this with a lower color grade or should I go with a smaller carat and better color.

Or better color smaller carat?

I would prefer to go with ritani, I can go see it in the store before I buy, so that means no surprises! I saw some not so good reviews about
Bluenile, so it worried me. Any insight would be awesome, this is a big commitment and I want her ring to be as perfect as it can be without bringing any payments into my life!

Thank you and I appreciate any help.
