Hi guys, I'm looking for a yellow diamond for an engagement ring for my girlfriend. After researching for a while I've come to the realisation that there is a crazy amount to learn about diamonds! I've come across this diamond on Blue Nile (what is this forum's thoughts on Blue Nile btw?) that is a lot bigger than other diamonds for its price:

I have read that the fluorescence in the diamond may be an issue, possibly why it's so cheap? Or perhaps the depth and table?

If you would be able to give me some advice it would be very much appreciated.

Thanks

Jack

The crazy amount to learn also includes that you can not buy fancy cut stones without pictures. On top of being fancy cut
yours is also a colored stone which also makes it impossible to buy without images.

SO, you need to stick with a vendor that supplies pictures of their stones.
