Thoughts on this 1.45 E Round?

I currently have this on hold at Blue Nile for $12,384. What are your thoughts on this diamond? Any others that might be better for the money or suggestions on other combinations?

Also- I ran the HCA and got a 1.0

It's a 60/60 style stone. A good one. But I wouldn't buy one without an idealscope image and BN doesn't offer idealscope images.
