Found 14k Brooch. Age?

Hi there, I found this what I believe is an old gold brooch while metal detecting an Old Wagon trail by my place.

It's solid and stamped 14K on the back and it's 1" x 3/4" ,and weighs 3grams.It has a makers mark stamp with a letter A and a skeleton key.Just wondering how old it might be? and what could it be worth? Thanks for any information.

Great find. It's a woman's watch pin. The hook on the back bottom of the pin holds a ladies pocket watch. It's probably from the last half of the 1800's.

That's great I had a feeling it was old, the trail is from the mid 1800's so that makes sense.any idea on the value?? Or the maker? It has a A and key for a makers mark. Thanks
