Looks like something out of a James Bond movie. I would visit/stay there for a couple days, but I wouldn't want to live there.

It would be cool for a holiday, it's in a really beautiful spot........On the upside I don't think they get earthquakes down there (coastline of Victoria- Australia).

I figure if they can engineer it and build it, it's really probably safe. Honestly, they would probably OVER engineer the living hell out of it just to be sure. It's probably safer than the ground floor property I live in right now.

Can we at least get people to come to the house warming party?

The pics are a conceptual rendering; it has not been built. I could live in it, especially if it has some catacombs in the cliffside and scary internal stairways down to the base. the absence of a garage bothers me, but even so I would live there much more readily than I would pay $1M for a parking space in the basement of a condo on crosby and broome streets!!!
