Thank you Gypsy for your insight. I've asked for photos for this diamond. Trying to make a decision today as to what diamond to go with. Need the ring finished before I leave on a trip in early September.

What are the pros and cons of all of these?

Canuck, I got the pictures back on the diamond you recommended and wasn't very impressed with the pictures that I saw. At magnification, it looked like a mess to me.

Me too, otherwise your just rolling dice on the choice hoping you get something eye clean without horrible looking inclusions all over the place.

So I'm now down to just two diamonds I'm looking at, both are on HOLD till tomorrow (still waiting on photos from the diamond Cyprus recommended me)

Anybody else out there, which one would you choose? Suggestions, opinions?

If anyone has a better diamond in the $4500 range that is at least 1.0 carat, and has an excellent cut, please point me the right direction? J or better, VS2 or better, okay with Fluorescence up to Medium Blue.

Shreadhead22, you have two beautiful diamonds on hold. Have you been around long enough to know that different cuts will produce different flavours? If not, you should read up on 60/60 diamonds so you will have an idea of what to expect.
