I live in houston tx, thanks alot and the reason why i wanna get another apraisal is because i wanna know exactly wath i have, he bought this ring thinking it was a color H, VS1, 1.51

Do you want an appraisal (someone who will tell you what the ring is worth based on the report) or another report(someone to reevaluate the stone and review the VS1 grade)? They are two very different things and you will need different professionals for them.

I am not an expert on American consumer laws but I don't think you will have much luck going after the jeweler. He, probably in good faith, sold your fiance a ring as described by a specialist third party (EGL).

One thing you should do is check the diamond report and look at the plot diagram, which shows where all the inclusions, feathers, chips, etc, are in the diamond. Is this inclusion mapped? If not, then go back to the jeweler and have him clean the stone (it may be setting compound or lacquer that was overlooked after setting). If it is truly an inclusion, then you have good grounds to return the ring as misrepresented.

He said that all I'll need is a consultation and he will be able to provide me with color, clarity and carat, and give me something in writing! To contact the company to get my diamond replace! Ughh i just wish i didnt have to deal with all this!

Take a deep breath - not the end of the world and it will be interesting to see the specs on the current stone.
