My own contribution happened when I happened to have my hand out directly under the sun and viola! Even though my iPhone is totally encased in black, I thought the picture turned out rather well even though the stone still looks greener than it does in person.

I was at the bank the other day, and took a pic of these from my safety deposit box. Two pink diamonds. The round is about 4mm, to give an idea. Not sure what to do with them. They live at the bank. The round is lighter in color, but extremely clean and well cut, very sparkly.

Also a platinum bracelet with 18K gold endcaps that have sapphire cabs. I never wear this so it lives at the bank. I need to get another safety catch on it. I'm paranoid with bracelets.

This new ring belongs to my favorite customer. She selected a mixed yellow/white gold setting with 14 baguette diamonds to highlight the 2.5 ct unheated Mozambique ruby that I purchased in Sri Lanka last year. It was a nice find - a bit silky but the cutting was great and price was right. And no, I don't have any more like this!
