To: Dee Jay, Kenny, MCAUDI, LLJsmom, Andelaine, DK, Chrono, Tyty, AprilBaby, gemgirl, and diamondseeker;
Thank you all for your kind words. It really is a validation for us that we are accomplishing what we come to work every day attempting to do! The only thing more important to us than the quality of the diamonds and jewelry that we sell is the quality of the experience that our customers have when they give us their trust.
We know we are not selling nuts and bolts. The products that our customers purchase from us are of the highest emotional importance, not to mention expensive. All of us here are constantly aware that it is both a privilege and an obligation to be part of such special events in our customers lives.
While we are human and we are not perfect, excellence is always the goal. We are very proud of our entire team, because it takes a collective effort in order to consistently deliver a brilliant experience.
