This ring has the most amazing red fluorescence in bright light and in the sun. Under most lights and on cloudy days, the tone is darker and like a garnet. The ring tests as corundum and it has the inclusions typical of ruby so I am pretty sure they are rubies. I was just interested to see if anyone has ever seen a garnet this red.
