They are. I never had a less than a 100% amazing experience with them. They somehow manage to create this sister/best friend relationship with their customers. They make it easy and stress free.
The stone is curently set in very delicate platinum setting and I plan to keep it this way. It got a bit lower after it was sized to fit me. In a few years I might pair it up with new eternity ring for extra bling
