Took a chance on a ring.. the picture was crappy and the center has a few small chips. I should be getting it in a few days but I'm super excited and wanted to share :)

I think it's 20's-30's (at least I hope it is) and I'll get better pictures when I have it in hand.

That looks like a lovely mounting. I can't wait to see pictures when you get it. I am sure a good cleaning will do wonders!

good cleaning done and pictures on the way.. but a bigger question, would birks have used a lab made color change stone in a ring?

It is looking better already. Very pretty! I don't imagine Birks would use a lab created stone. If it is a synthetic, my guess is that it was replaced at some point.
